BBQ Ribs cooked slowing in the Oven

4 lbs pork back ribs
1 - 8-oz jar honey
2 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 large onion chopped
16-oz of your favorite barbeque sauce

Place all ingredients together in large roasting pan. Cut ribs apart for easier serving. Mix together to coat all ribs with barbeque sauce mixture. Place ribs on bottom of pan. Cover with alumni um foil. Bake at 375F for 1-1/2-hours, turning occasionally.

Baby Back Ribs With Mustard Sauce cooked on the Grill

1/2 cup brown sugar
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup mustard
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon garlic powder
5 pounds pork spareribs or pork loin ribs, cut into pieces

Combine brown sugar, onion, vinegar, mustard, celery seed and garlic powder in a saucepan and bring to boil until sugar dissolves. Preheat grill and adjust the temperature for indirect cooking. Place ribs on rack over medium heat. Cover and grill for about 1-1/2 hours or until ribs are tender and thoroughly cooked. Brush with sauce the last 20-minutes of grilling.
